Helping people enjoy their fitness journey
I grew up playing a variety of sports, including ski racing to a national level but in adulthood fell into a typical gym goer routine. In my early 30's I discovered CrossFit and 'functional' fitness coaching that changed my attitude and love of training.
A number of years in to this I took my first steps into coaching through the CrossFit Level 1 certification and then qualified as a personal trainer in 2019. I've since been working as a coach at Hex, a strength and conditioning gym in Clapham North, London.
Training and fitness for me has been, and is, as much about mental health as it is physical health. It's an element that I believe can help so many people to live a more positive life. I love coaching as I get to see how a great approach to training can help people achieve continued improvements in their health, strength and standard of life. There is nothing more satisfying than see people improve their fitness and progress movements!
